Joyful Cultural Event in Celebration of Deepavali today..

1 p.m. – Exciting art workshop and Diya (lamps) painting: Children of all ages are invited to participate in this free hands-on art/coloring workshop inspired by Deepãvali – and take home with them! All art materials will be provided.

2 p.m. – Colorful cultural entertainment with music and dance. This will be followed by the spectacular Candle Lighting Ceremony by lighting 3000 candles!

What an amazing concluding evening yesterday for Šri Devi Nava-Rãtri Mahotsavam at The Hindu Temple Society of North America!

Hundreds of devotees and their children participated in the Vidhyarambham Pooja with utmost devotion. And, then the victorius Sri Durga went on a spectacular Prakara Utsavam around the Maha Mandapam..

Celebration of Deepavali with an art workshop / exhibition, diya (lamps) painting, cultural entertainment program and Candle Lighting Ceremony by lighting 3000 candles!

Children of all ages are invited to participate in a free hands-on art/coloring workshop inspired by Deepãvali – and take home with them! All art materials will be provided.

2 p.m. – October 23, 2016 (Sunday). Art workshop begins at 1 p.m.
